Here are three crosses I used river pebbles to decorate cross surface, after staining the wood with Early American stain, to achieve that golden honey color. I attach a good sturdy hook on the back of all crosses before I even begin my creativity.
Then I embellished them with small wooden crosses, nails formed into a cross and a horseshoe. These are just are my most recent creations.
I have played around with crosses in different shapes. You’ll see more of those in posts to come. This one with straight, simple lines was a gift to my sister.
I have a dear friend who loves her horses. The Horseshoe cross was inspired by her.
Yes, they are time consuming, but well worth the time. Don’t you think? There are more to come, so keep watching out for my next Cross Art Design. God Bless!

I love the middle one!!! Of course I get to see it every day Sis! Thanks for the special gift. I have it hanging right outside my bedroom door and can see it from my kitchen and den! It reminds me to be a faithful, thankful Christian every time I see it. Love you!

Oh, Thank you so much! I’m blessed that you love the cross and that it gives you pause to remember what it stands for. I love you too Sis! Donna
