I’ve been working in my art cottage studio, on new sea shell crosses. Last week I had all my sea shell crosses purchased, so I’m busy making more. I thought I’d share these newest creations with you, and now you know why I haven’t been posting daily. Here they are…….
They take a lot of prep time and creativity looking through my sea shells to find just the perfect shell for each spot. I try to balance textures, colors and shapes to create a cohesive design. The top three are medium size crosses (7 1/2″ x 11 1/2″) and bottom two are the large (11 1/2″ x 17″).
Below is the shell cross I’ve working on for two days. Finished today! The glue is still drying.
I love looking through all my shells from my travels, each is unique and special in its own way, just as we are. I’m thankful and blessed to be sharing them with you. Isn’t God an AWESOME artist?
Until my next post…… God Bless You!
