Here’s a new idea to re-purpose those Christmas lights that don’t work anymore and have a totally unique ornament. All you need is light bulbs (clear or colored) pulled out of the sockets, all-purpose glue and Styrofoam balls. Just push them in the Styrofoam.
Let dry and arrange in a glass dish. I used clear light bulbs here, but you could certainly do them in red, green, blue, yellow or mix up the colors. Light will still reflect off the tiny glass bulbs.
Another idea is to use a Styrofoam green cone (or paint a white cone with green acrylic paint) and push in colored bulbs for a Christmas tree. This would be a fun project for children to do. The bulbs don’t have to be set tight together. They could be scattered, then add some beads,…. . I hope you have fun with this project! God Bless!

Nice blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog shine. Please let me know where you got your design. Bless you

This was my own creation. I was trying to recycle burnt out Christmas light bulbs. After I created my acorn & poppy pod ornaments I came up with this light bulb idea. I’m glad you enjoyed my post. Blessings!
